Kim grew up in Bethlehem, NH and is a graduate of  Profile School.  She earned a B.A. from Colby College and a Masters Degree from Plymouth State University.  After a brief career in banking, Kim joined the Profile mathematics department in 1993.  She received the Fernand J. Prevost Mathematics Teaching Award in 1994 and the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2007.  Kim has taught grades 5 through college, most recently teaching statistics online for Granite State College.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys kayaking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
