Kate Fish

Kate Fish grew up in the Mount Washington Valley surrounded by a family of educators. She spent her childhood exploring the country’s national parks which spurred a lifelong love of history.  Kate received her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Mount Holyoke College, with a minor in marine studies completed at the Woods Hole Institute(SEA).  She also holds a Master's degree in Education from Plymouth State University. In addition, Kate participated in advanced education programs at both the United States Centers for Disease Control and the Library of Congress. Her goals in the classroom include fostering curiosity and a love for history, developing critical thinking skills, and preparing students to become active, informed citizens.
