Mr. Boisseau grew up across the river in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, though had many of his formative experiences in his younger years in the White Mountains, where he found a passion for mountains and the natural world. After many years of hopping back and forth between living in Montana, Vermont, and Colorado, and finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science from Lyndon State College, he and his family decided to settle down and build a house on a piece of family land here in Bethlehem.
Prior to teaching at Profile, Mr. Boisseau spent 12 years teaching science at The White Mountain School and many years prior to that leading experiential education and outdoor recreation experience with high school students. When not at school, he can be found hanging out with his wife and two kids, riding his bike and running on secluded paths through the forests, and further honing his skills as a sawyer, compost maker, wood splitter, chicken wrangler, and seeker of adventure on dihydrogen monoxide in its various states. |
